John P. Fischer, Esq. is committed to fighting for the victims, their families and loved ones against the negligence of others.  As the founding member of Fischer Law Firm, PLLC, John P. Fischer sole focus is on the representation of individual victims as opposed to large corporations or insurance companies.  He has vowed to never work as a defense attorney in any negligence action and only fight for those less fortunate and suffering from injuries due to others’ actions.

John began his legal career working as an associate in a small maritime personal injury firm.  It was here that he bolstered his legal advocacy and writing skills while practicing in Federal Courts for the rights of those injured on the cruise lines, whether it was passengers or the crew members themselves.  With only an estimated 2% of these cases going to trial, John knew his success was going to be as member of a civil litigation firm focused on taking cases to trial.  Thus, John created the Fischer Law Firm, PLLC and quickly developed a reputation as a tireless litigator who refused to take no for an answer.

John received his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Old Dominion University in his home state of Virginia.  With this scientific background, John developed an analytical approach specific to each of his cases,  creating distinctly tailored approaches to each matter, while also challenging many of the so-called “experts” testifying for the Defense in his cases.  Whether that expert be a doctor, engineer and/or accident reconstructionist, John’s ability to dissect their opinions and push through the excess, easily shows to the jury why the expert is quite simply, wrong.  That they are simply the “hired gun” of the Defense, and will say whatever the Defense wants to hear to receive their check and maintain future business.

After graduation from Old Dominion, John P. Fischer attended the University of Miami School of Law, graduating with honors.  John was an active member of the Business Law Review, Student Bar Association, presidents of numerous organizations and a member of the Mock Trial Team.  Specifically, as a member of the Mock Trial Team, John worked and competed in various parts of the state and nation, further enhancing his talent for litigation.  Additionally, John received Honors in the University of Miami’s renowned Litigation Skills Program for his demonstrated leadership and advocacy in both pretrial and trial portions of injury cases.

John personally believes in the rights of all those injured as a result of the negligence of others and their reckless disregard for a person’s safety.  Those injured and their families need a voice to stand against the corporate bullies and the insurance companies, who only have the motto:  “Deny, Delay and Don’t Pay.”  Those who have wronged persons need to be held accountable and John P. Fischer is the one to do that.  He has obtained millions of dollars in recovery for his clients and fights tirelessly for each and every one and ensures they have the individualized attention that each case deserves.

John P. Fischer is licensed in both Florida and the U.S. Virgin Islands and practices in both Federal and State Court protecting the rights of the individuals.  As a member of the Florida Justice Association, John P. Fischer hopes to continue the trend of protection at the legislative level in Florida to ensure that individual rights never succumb to corporate lobbyists without a fight.
